NOTE Due to potential production delays and/or supply constraints, the delivery dates are anticipated dates and are subject to change.

Due to current Coronavirus situations, some products may become placed upon backorder. (BACKORDER PRODUCTS CAN BE  PRE PAID TO SECURE PRODUCTS BUT  NOTE sometimes we do not get a ETA we can only just place the order and will be notified once it comes back in by our suppliers so it can take time).

There is also the potential that some shipments may be delayed. All CSS suppliers are trading still, however processing times might vary. Customers will be kept updated as best we can.  If we don''t contact you please contact us.

By accepting a quote or placing an order on the Country Scene Saddlery and Pet Supplies website you have agreed to accept all our terms & conditions. All users of this website agree that access to and uses of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law and our suppliers’ requirements.

Your eligibility to use Country Scene Saddlery and Pet Supplies.

  • (a) To be eligible to use our website you must:
    • (i) be an individual who is at least 18 years old;
    • (ii) be capable of entering into a legally binding contract;
    • (iii) have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile telephone number;
    • (iv) provide a valid delivery address;
  • (b) By entering into this agreement, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to use our website and purchase products.

Trading Hours:
Country Scene Saddlery and Pet Supplies is an online only store (appointments available via contact with us). We regularly check and reply to emails/ phone calls in a timely manner. Country Scene Saddlery and Pet Supplies may be subject to close over long weekends and on public holidays.

Country Scene Saddlery and Pet Supplies has a unique postal agreement which varies dependant on our suppliers.
- In the majority of orders, items will be directly shipped from the suppliers’ store/ warehouse.
- Some items need to be imported into Australia (PRE ORDERS) and therefore may have an additional postal fee once in Australia.
- ETA on shipments can vary due to various delays and impacts.

Country Scene Saddlery will not be held accountable for any delays through Australia Post, Customs or private couriers.
Given our unique postal agreements there may be multiple charges on postage if items come from numerous suppliers (Country Scene Saddlery and Pet Supplies will always attempt to offer the most affordable postage option). Insured postage is offered upon customer’s request. Our suppliers/ manufacturers and Country Scene Saddlery and Pet Supplies will not be held liable for any damage/ loss incurred in transit if you choose not to insure your product.


Time frames on orders are an Approximate guide

Average waiting time for standard orders which are in stock in Australia will be processed and sent within 1-3 days. Preorder in Australia.

Imported products may incur a processing time frame contact us for a ETA but we work on 8 to 13 weeks.

We sometimes do get delays if we are waiting for them to come in. All time frames are an approximation ONLY.

Saddles and custom-made product may incur longer processing times

. Country Scene Saddlery and Pet Supplies will endeavour to keep our customers updated and supply estimated time of arrival to the best of our ability. (If you have not received an update please contact us via PM  as sometimes we have to wait for our suppliers to notify us )

International Orders ETA will be given at time of order however ETA can vary due to shipping delays, manufacturing delays and Customs Quarantine Delays. 

If you need your product by a certain date or as a GIFT  can you please notify me of this prior so we can check with suppler to make sure we can supply you in your time frame. There is a section on checkout where you can leave notes or there is an Ask a Question where your welcome to email me or we are contactable via phone. 


We try to check all stock to find out if they are available prior to placing orders if they are not available we will refund the full price, provide an ETA or offer an alternative.

Products and Pricing
Our Products are continuously changing I will need to check stock and colours, sizes and availability. Pricing is subject to change with no warning due to and not limited to shipping costs, import costs and manufacturing costs.

  • Some products are in stock, others are pre orders. We recommend prior to placing your order that you contact us to check availability.  Please email me countryscene7767@gmail.com PRIOR to placing the order so I can check stock please.
    • We are retailers and Affiliate's on behalf of our saddlers/manufacturers/wholesalers, and I must check stock first before I process.
    • (Products are sent directly from my suppliers or if we need to import there may be a time delay as they need to be shipped).
    • Postage charges are charged by my suppliers, if suppliers offer free postage, we will pass it on. 
  • (a) All pictures and images of goods displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only, and Colours and the sizes and dimensions of goods may differ in real life;
  • (b) Please ensure you have read any corresponding written description of the goods prior to submitting your order;
  • (c) Where we provide dimensions and measurements in the descriptions of goods, it is your responsibility to ensure the actual size,Colour of each item is suitable for your purpose prior to submitting your order. ( if your not sure please email; countryscene7767@gmail.com we will try to help.)
  • (d) An accessory featured with the goods is for illustration purposes only, and may be sold separately.

Return & Refund Policy

All refunds or return of product must be approved by us, our suppliers or subject to approval by the manufacturer within 30 days.

We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost  or damaged in return transit.

No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after 30 days of purchase once item has been delivered unless it is a manufacturing problem. We do not give refunds if you change your mind, for incorrect fit, change of circumstances or unsuitable colour change, as colours can differ from stock photos. You may however exchange your product for an item of similar value or accept store credit to the value of the item to our discretion (excluding Saddles).

Saddle Returns

Country Scene Saddlery and Pets Supplies can not refund you if you choose the wrong saddle size for your horse or purpose of use and we can not guarantee fit as we are not saddle fitters in saying this, if our Manufacture offers in their policy for EG SADDLE FIT GUARANTEE Country Scene will follow up and help as best we can. (Some manufacturers do offer this but NOT ALL).

Some Brands do not offer exchange or refunds for saddles for fit,colour they only offer manufacturing Faults.

We supply all measurements for all our brands/Styles of saddles in the descriptions we also offer as much information as we can.

We recommend doing back traces,

We can offer you Several  Brands to choose from and can Custom make saddles.

If you are unsure what you need we recommend you  reach out to us and send photos through and get a Back trace done by a Professional Saddle fitter so we can cross reference and correspond with our suppliers.Saddlers  to help you find the best fit for the customer.

We can only guide you to what maybe suitable, it is the customers Choice in the End.

Manufacturing fault

A 60 day period will be extended to those products with a manufacturing fault (please contact us before posting the product back, and we may require photo's showing the defect).

All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt of purchase.

Postage for returns and postage for a subsequent replacement item is to be paid for by the customer.

Where there is a manufacturing fault postage for the replacement item will be reimbursed (only in cases where you have contacted us first and we have approved the return).

Cancellation of Orders

Custom orders/ orders where products need to be made. If you have ordered a saddle that needs to be made, we unfortunately cannot cancel an order that has already gone into manufacturing. If you have paid a deposit, it is nonrefundable and will be forfeited due to covering costs of shipping, import duties, manufacturing etc; if cancelled. If a product is being made overseas, or has been imported from overseas, we cannot return due to shipping costs and therefore cannot be cancelled/ returned unless at a manufacturing fault. 

Limitation of Liability
Country Scene Saddlery and Pet Supplies shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Country Scene Saddlery and Pet Supplies has advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Country Scene Saddlery and Pet Supplies product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Country Scene Saddlery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your Order has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Country Scene Saddlery and Pet Supplies shall issue a credit or refund via your chosen payment method in the event of an incorrect price.

Use of Site
Harassment or defamation in any manner or form on the site or to Country Scene Saddlery and Pet Supplies, including via e-mail, chat, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, Advertising programs, Pinterest, Google Reviews, Reviews will not be tolerated.  The use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Country Scene Saddlery and Pet Supplies representative or other licensed employee, host, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.  (My suppliers will not hold items unless we have pre-approval). As a customer if you require an item to be held, please make Country Scene Saddlery aware of that BEFORE ordering.
