At Country Scene Saddlery, many of our products are sourced from trusted Australian and international suppliers or made to order, allowing us to offer a wider range of quality items for you and your horse 

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to secure an item that is not currently in stock but is available from our suppliers or being made specifically for you.


Availability & Timeframes

Pre-order items may require additional time for production and/or shipping.
Estimated timeframes can vary depending on the supplier, product type, and shipping conditions.

While we always aim to provide accurate estimates, timeframes are not guaranteed and may change due to circumstances outside of our control.


Stock Confirmation

As our products can sell quickly and supplier availability may change, all orders are subject to availability at the time of processing.

If there are any delays or changes, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update.


Shipping & Updates

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We stay in contact with our suppliers and will provide updates where available.


Cancellations & Changes

As pre-order items are often secured or made specifically for you, cancellations or changes,,refunds  may not always be possible once your order has been placed.
