Country Scene Saddlery Terms, Conditions and Warranty
Welcome: Country Scene Saddlery is a Registered, Online Australian Business ABN: 27671251100. Please read our terms and conditions. By accepting our quote you have agreed to accept all of our terms & conditions. All users of this website agree that access to and uses of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law and our suppliers requirements.
Please read the following Terms & Conditions of Use carefully before using this website.
If you do not understand or agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site or place any orders . Once Country Scene Saddlery has approved your order, if we have not received payment within 3 working days from date of order, we reserve the right to cancel your order. (My suppliers will not hold items unless we have pre-approval) As a customer if you require an item to be held please make Country Scene Saddlery aware of that BEFORE ordering. We have added a delete button if you do not require your order,.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON SHIPPING
Country Scene Saddlery has a unique postal agreement which varies dependant on our suppliers.
- In the majority of orders, items will be directly shipped from the suppliers store/ warehouse.
- Some items need to be imported into Australia and will therefore have an additional postal fee once in Australia also ETA can vary.
Country Scene Saddlery will not be held accountable for any delays through Australia Post, Customs or private couriers.
Given our unique postal agreements there may be multiple charges on postage if items come from numerous suppliers (Country Scene Saddlery will always attempt to offer the most affordable postage option). Insured postage is offered upon customer’s request. Our suppliers /manufacturers and Country Scene Saddlery will not be held liable for any damage/loss incurred in transit if you choose not insure your product. All products leave suppliers/manufacturers in perfect condition. 

Average waiting time for standard orders to be processed is 2 to 4 weeks we sometimes do get delays if we are waiting for them to come in, 

CUSTOM ORDERS Custom orders are that CUSTOM we may have to wait in line for products to be manufactured ETA can Vary due to work loads etc so if you need something made by a certain date please contact us prior to processing so we can check.   

International Orders ETA will be given at time of order however ETA can Vary due to shipping delays ,Manufacturing delays and Custom  Quarantine Delays. 

If you need your product by a certain date can you please notify me of this  prior so we can check with suppler to make sure we can supply you in your time frame. There is a section on checkout where you can leave notes or there is a Ask a Question where your welcome to email me or we are contactable via Phone. 

PRE ORDERS PRE ORDERS ARE IMPORTED PRODUCTS WHICH IS AROUND  2 to 4 WEEKS FROM CLEARED FUNDS .

We try to check all stock to find out if they are available if they are not we will refund the full price 

Afterpay and Zippay orders processed via these payment options refunds will be only given if we can not supply . If you choose to cancel your order before we have a chance to get them in you  will occur a 6 % cancellation fee ,

Our Products are continuously changing i will need to check stock and colours ,sizes and availability.

    • ( Products are sent directly from my suppliers or if we need to import there will be a time delay as they need to be shipped )
    • Postage charges are charged by my suppliers, If suppliers offer free postage we will pass it on. 
    • As we source items from our suppliers there maybe multiple postage charges as they are sent direct to you.(unfortunately  i can not get around this postage needs to be Quoted.

2.4 Your eligibility

  • (a) To be eligible to use our website you must:
    • (i) be an individual who is at least 18 years old;
    • (ii) be capable of entering into a legally binding contract;
    • (iii) have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile telephone number;
    • (iv) provide a valid delivery address in Australia; and
  • (b) By entering into this agreement, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to use our website and purchase Products.

 

We are retailers and Affiliate's on behalf of our saddlers/manufacturers/wholesalers and i must check stock first before i process. ( Products are sent directly from my suppliers or if we need to import there will be a time delay as they need to be shipped ) Postage charges are charged by my suppliers, If suppliers offer free postage we will pass it on. As we source items from our suppliers there maybe multiple postage charges as they are sent direct to you.(unfortunately i can not get around this postage needs to be Quoted.) Note Afterpay takes 48 hours to transfer funds so i can not send until the transaction is processed once it has been cleared we will process and supply tracking. 

Afterpay and paypal is currently available through a partnered website. Orders will be manually invoiced.

Credit Cards will accrue a fee. 2.9% Or Direct Bank.

 (c) Where we provide dimensions and measurements in the descriptions of goods, it is your responsibility to ensure the actual size of each item is suitable for your purpose and prior to submitting your order; and

 (d) An accessory featured with the goods is for illustration purposes only, and may be sold separately.

 

Return & Refund Policy

All refunds or return of product must be approved by our suppliers or subject to approval by the manufacturer
We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.

 Returns Policy

Please note that we do not give refunds if you change your mind. You may however exchange your product for an item of similar value or accept store credit to the value of the item to my suppliers discretion 

No exchanges  or refunds will be accepted after 30 days of purchase once item has been delivered unless is is a manufacturing problem we do not give refunds if you change your mind..

A 60 day period will be extended to those products with a manufacturing fault (please contact us before posting the product back, and we may require photo's showing the defect).

All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt of purchase.

Postage for returns and postage for a subsequent replacement item is to be paid for by the customer.

Where there is a manufacturing fault postage for the replacement item will be reimbursed (only in cases where you have contacted us first and we have approved the return).

 

Cancellation of Orders
. Custom orders where a nonrefundable deposit has been paid will forfeit the deposit to cover costs of shipping, import duties, etc; if cancelled. 

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, Facebook  or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Country Scene Saddlery and Pet Supply  or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
