If you need your tail by a DUE date i need to know as it may need to be made they take 2 to 6 weeks if we have to have it made.
We can also out source tails so i have 2 options you need to contact me with a time frame and what you are looking for and i will need to check stock and colours/sizes and prices for availability.

For horses and ponies that already have a good tail and just need a little extra fullness.Double – Approx. 340g
For those needing extra volume for a fuller show-ring look.Triple – Approx. 510g

Uncut tails are measured from the top of the loop to the longest point.
As these tails are uncut, they may contain both shorter and longer strands. If you are unsure on length, we recommend choosing a longer tail, such as 110cm, which can then be trimmed to suit.
Weights are approximate and may vary slightly between suppliers.
White Tails
Our white tails are selected to be as close to pure white as possible, however white can be difficult to colour match.
Please contact us before ordering a white tail so we can confirm colour, availability and current pricing.
Colour Matching & Exchanges
If you are unsure what you need, please send us several clear, current photos of your horse or pony’s tail so we can help with colour, length and thickness.
Colour matching from photos cannot be guaranteed due to lighting, cameras and screens.

How to Colour Match Your False Tail
For the best colour match, open/part your horse or pony’s natural tail through the middle down towards the dock and take clear photos of the hair from the centre/base of the dock where the false tail will sit.
Please do not match only from the outside of the tail, as the outer hair can be sun-bleached or a different shade.
Take several clear photos in natural daylight with no filters or flash.
For difficult or mixed colours, we may also ask for a small clean hair sample taken from the dock area.
We will do our best to select the closest match from the photos and information supplied.

If incorrect, unclear or misleading photos or information are supplied and the tail is unsuitable, we are happy to offer an exchange where possible, however we may not offer a refund.
Returned tails must be unused and in original condition.
Pricing
False tails generally range from approximately $200 to $900 AUD, depending on colour, length, thickness and availability.
