Can I return or exchange my saddle?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange your saddle, please ensure it is in unused condition with the original tags attached. How long is the warranty on your saddles?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and the weight of your order
Returns & Refund Policy β This policy relates to Syd Hill Β online orders only. For returns relating to purchases made through Syd Hill stockists, please contact the place of purchase directly.

Change of Mind Returns:
If you change your mind about a purchase, you have 30 days from the tracked date of delivery to return the item for a refund or exchange.Β Here's what you need to know:
- Condition of the Item:Β The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Return Authorisation:Β Before returning any item due to a change of mind, you must complete our online return authorisation form. Please follow thisΒ LINKΒ to initiate the return process.
- Return Shipping:Β Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing:Β Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
- Freight Free:Β If you received your item with free shipping, the original freight cost will be deducted from your refund. The refund amount will be for the item(s) returned, less the cost of the initial freight.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we apologise for the inconvenience. You have 7 days from the tracked date of delivery to notify us of the issue.Β Here's what you need to do:

- Return Shipping:Β We will provide you with the appropriate return shipping option that relates to your product at no charge to you.
