Defective
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage or a defect in material or workmanship. If believe you have received defective merchandise, please submit a return/replacement request here:ย Retail Return/Replacement Form
Defective merchandise will be considered the property of JT International and will be replaced.
Damaged
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact JT International immediately using the contact information included with the order.
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize your chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use, lack of care, or neglect
- Use of saddle and/or equipment for anything other than equestrian pursuits
- Use of parts or accessories other than those produced or recommended for a JT International product
- Repairs or alterations carried out by third parties, not in accordance with JT International recommendations
- The fit of the saddle or product itself
Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Remedies
JT International makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed, or implied including, but not limited to, implied warranty of merchantability and implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. JT International hereby disclaims and expressly excludes all warranties as allowed by applicable law. The limited warranty provided by JT International is the sole and exclusive warranty provided. JT International is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss of profits or other commercial loss.
How to Return:
Changed your mind? If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days, and we will happily refund the purchase price, shipping not included. Follow the steps below to return a product:

- Within 5 business days, you will receive an email with instructions for returning your order/product.
- Ship your unused product in its original packaging along with the original packing slip.
- Once your return has been received, your credit card will be refunded within 10-14 business days. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.
Return Policies
- You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping the products back to the Tough1 warehouseย (We recommend using a trackable shipping method).
- Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description before you place your order.
- You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped.
- Shipping fees are refunded only if it is a defective product, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders.
Refund Information

- The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.
- Refunds for returned items will be applied to the original payment method. Upon receipt of your return items will be checked in and inspected. Please allow 10-14 days for your refund to reflect in your account. No cash refunds are allowed.
Saddle Returns
Full credit is given only on saddles that show no sign of wear. Do not cinch, adjust stirrup leathers, or ride in the saddle before checking the fit as these may blemish or stain the saddle.ย
All JT International saddles are covered by the following 5-year limited warranty. If, because of defects in material or workmanship, a JT International saddle tree should break during normal usage within 5 years of the date of purchase, return it to JT International and we will repair (or replace it, if necessary) for a labor charge only. To qualify for this warranty, the purchaser must complete the saddle registration card and return it to JT International Dist., Inc. within 15 days of purchase.
