Despite this being a challenging and unprecedented time for all of us, we want you to know that we are doing everything we can to support our customers.and business partners 

As long as we can, without threatening anybody’s health we will continue to trade.

As we are a online store we have been in contact with our Manufacturers and wholesales.Our business partners they  put together plans to manage  COVID-19   and continue to trade however with these lockdowns some suppliers maybe closed Ill try to keep this up dated as best i can.

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic is on the rise in many countries we share the very real concerns about the health of our families, friends, customers and business partners. Australia currently has a low number of COVID-19 cases, but the epidemic is clearly spreading

due to several requests from our customers regarding the availability of  products, we can assure you that we will continue to try find you your products 

We have dozens of Australian business that have products available and we can supply you with in a few days.

For our Pre Order Products we are still able to import.however with these lock-downs some suppliers maybe closed  or limited stock (so we recommend checking products prior to Purchase) Ill try to keep this up dated as best i can.

You are still Welcome to place orders and once we are able to get them into production lines we will do so.

I'll add to this page any update emails from suppliers as a guideline for your consideration.

 Fedex and UPS have minimize the collections days because of the corona virus.for some areas transport delays may occur due to longer waiting times at the border

Packages from USA are now  being check by the biologic team ,Quarantine etc.

After all, all governments around the world attach great importance to ensuring that the exchange of goods continues to run smoothly

How will delivery work?

The safety of our partners, retailers and customers is our priority. As the cases of COVID-19 increase, to limit contact when delivering orders, all carriers are now defaulting deliveries to authority to leave (ATL) where possible and will not be requesting a physical signature from the customer/receiver.

  • The driver will knock or ring the bell, place the goods on the ground and step away.
  • If your customer is at the delivery address, they will have the authority to note the full name of the customer instead of obtaining a physical signature.
  • If the delivery address is unattended and the driver considers there to be a safe area to leave the goods, ATL will be followed and no name obtained.
    • Once the goods are left in a safe area, delivery drivers will do their best to make a note of the location or take a picture as proof of delivery.

Which carriers are affected?


The majority of our domestic carriers have decided to move forward with this plan which includes to date: Bonds, Allied Express, CouriersPlease, Fastway, TNT, Australia Post and StarTrack. /
